Lumière is a content intelligence platform developed by wettenhall.io, used for media research and IP discovery. This policy explains how we handle data in connection with our use of third-party APIs, including the Pinterest API.
1. What Lumière Is
Lumière is a research and intelligence tool. It aggregates publicly available data from third-party platforms and APIs — including Pinterest, YouTube, Google, Wikipedia, and others — to surface content trends, genre signals, and IP intelligence for media industry research purposes.
Lumière is not a consumer-facing product. It is used internally by its founding team for business research and content strategy.

Sell, share, or monetise any data obtained via third-party APIs
Store Pinterest user data beyond the duration of a single API session
3. How We Use Pinterest API Data
Lumière uses the Pinterest API solely to access publicly available trend and content data for research purposes. Specifically:
We access public Pins, Boards, and Trend data to identify content patterns relevant to our research
We do not access private user data, private boards, or any data that requires user authentication
We do not store, republish, or redistribute Pinterest content or data
All API usage complies with Pinterest's Developer Guidelines and API Terms of Service
